Our dispatch team operates between business hours Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed before 10:00 am are dispatched on the same business day, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.

During peak periods and sale orders will be subject to delays.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends.

Dispatch may take longer during sale periods due to high order volumes. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you will get an email with the tracking information.
